Recently, we have worked with customers and prospects that manually keep track of oncall scheduling information using binders and spreadsheets to organize all types of schedules. This method works, but I think a few questions need to be asked when taking this approach: 1.) How many people-hours does it take to create and maintain schedules this way? 2.)
